Good poem, some of the rhymes are a little predictable but that's almost impossible to avoid with rhyming.

Because without you with me by my side

That line interupts the flow a bit, it might work better as Because without you by my side or something, otherwise it flows quite nicely.

Classic structure carried out well, maybe punctuate? that's personal choice though really.

Well, appart from what I've mentioned you've carried out this piece well, congrats
