Of being careless & untroubled

This feeling of contentment?
How long before it turns back
Back to anxiety & stress?

Too soon it will be gone
This magic that surrounds me
The magic of nature
And all it has to offer

But that’s something I think not of
I’m swaying with the breeze
I’m feel as if flying, soaring
I have the wind beneath my feet

I think not of yesterday
Or things that are yet to come
I think only of this moment
And for this moment I am free
