Two Face would've fit in very well with the 66' show. Lord knows the writers would've lost their ever loving minds with the split personality motif.

I figure if they did a Bann 66', they would probably give him a Luchador motif, with wrestling henchmen, and possibly challenge Batman to a loser leaves Gotham forever match.

I discovered this well done review about the Batman Movie from the sixties. It's informative, and sheds light on the importance of the series, and how it helped shaped Batman's destiny as one of DC's major media icon.
