Even if I don't know who many of these characters are, this seems like quite a nice embodiment of your thoughts on Josuke and his allies! That being said, I'm not quite sure Mortimer's the one I would have picked as Kira. He would be good for Kosaku Kawajiri, but if I had to pick someone for Kira, after seeing him in action, it could be no one but this guy: www.youtube.com/watch?v=bG2utZ…
(And, yes, I know, he already was Dio in Starduck, but his ego just wouldn't allow him to NOT be the main villain in the next part! Plus, he looks too similar to pass!)

Actually , the Phantom Blot is Kira here and he's more than qualified since he's a master spy and killer. Mortimer here is Rohan Kishibe (which is fitting since they have the same amount of jerkassery going on !).
The focus is the Mousetown cast because Diamond Is Unbreakable is quite similar to Mickey Mouse comic strips stories...
I have in mind a spoof for "Phantom Blood" but the Dio in it will be a much different duck...

Ooops. I am not used to the Phantom Blot's maskless face, and that is why I mistook him. In any case, my point stands: while I did understood why you used the characters you used, I think Daffy has the looks (and the class) to make a convincing Kira while Phantom Blot may be better for Kosaku (a spy is quite a good idea for a guy in disguise!).
Can't wait to see what characters you use for Phantom Blood! Although ifI were to guess the duck for young Dio Brando...Glomgold would be a bit too old. Gladstone perhaps? His blonde hair and his pompous arrogant persona are quite reminiscent of Dio in his youth (before vampire days). The other obvious choice would be Rockerduck, if only for the older Dio.
