Description
Well due to the fact that she's the funniest BG pony to draw (she was already here since my first drawings ...) , I think it's only fair she gets her own picture .
Since she's mostly nurtured by fans (which leads to various interpretations ) I decided to mix every aspect that I liked in what I've seen (they mainly come from this [link] and this [link] and this [link] ) . Yeah , I know holdins panels is kinda new but it came just naturally to me so I went along with it , I hope you don't mind .
As for the whole controversy , It's the Speedy Gonzales problem all over again ... No wait, Actually it's a 1000 times more ridiculous since it's about a background character we're talking about ! They shouldn't be so overly sensitive about things that aren't really things. I mean, is it really the voice that bothered them so much ? If so I personally know people girls at that ) who sound like that, so that must make me an insensitive jerk ... except I'm happy with that . I wonder when they'll censor this in that case ? [link] (of course I kid here , love ya Crackle ...)
So people that's what I have to say about the mail mare, Dinky's mother and best friend of Carrot Top . While I’m all for taking characters somewhat seriously, Derpy works much better as part of the average joes of Equestria is about as straightforwardly enjoyable a secondary character as has ever been made (though some stuff can work as tragic sometimes [link] ). Fast, clumsy , good-natured , goofy and swept along by her irresistible joie de vivre , it ain't hard to see why she's affably empathetic .
The gag comics starring her amongst the most fun stuff the nice fans of show have made, and I think that is her greatest asset as a character.
