She's plotting... she's thinking...(Plutia can think?)Took a hell of a while to put together. Probably doesn't look as accurate as it does in game, but it overall came out decent. Plus I've been wanting a clear rip of this specific pose of Plutia for a while now

i love plutia. she is the best neptunia character in my opinion. if i did do something to make her mad i deserve to be punished by iris heart. im no stranger to pain. that and im kind of crazy.
