Description Jynx's tumor, when it was small. it got to be 3 or 4 times as big as his head and later got all open and had a lot of pus in it. its bloody because he scratched it a lot. this was taken about a month or so before he died.

oh my god.. poor baby, could you not get it removed? i would totally go into debt to help my babies ..oh my.. i dunno what else to say beside that poor baby... i'm glad you put mature content. poor poor baby...... you really should've gotten it removed.. i hope he wasn't in too juch pain or on some medication

Wow. I didn't know they could excise tumors like that. I've had to put down almost every rat I've ever owned because of tumors. It's so sad that they get them so often.

acctualy, this one had come back. we had it removed the first time and he was fine for a while, but when it came back we couldn't operate again because the anesthesia would have been fatal the second time

but sucks that you couldn't remove it the secnd time.. damn tumors... my baby wuf had a kidney tumor and it was too far advanced that they couldn't do anything besides give her meds.. she passed a week after her vet appt

I am very sorry for your loss dear.. It looks like it was painful for him as well, but I am glad that he has passed on to the rainbow bridge where he will no longer have to suffer. He knew you loved him, and I bet he lived a wonderful loving life with you...

I understand what it is like to loss a beloved ratty... I lost 4 of my babies this year- and the dev.art community really helped me deal with it all. He looked like a wonderful ratty

I'm so, so sorry you lost your boy, but what stopped you from taking him to a vet to spare him the month of this growing tumor? From the looks of it in the photo, which you defined as small, it looks like it was malignant and that he was terminal anyway.

i have a boy named jynx as well but he is a feeder, i also have a girl that has a tumor on her chest..but..it wont get this bad, i know how it feels to have a rat that has a tumor nad not able to do anything about it,i am so sorry about jynx

yeah thanks. the first time he got it, he got surgery to remove it, but we couldn't get it again cause then the anesthesia might have been fatal
