I like the close-up and how you've framed the bird slightly off-centre to create more of an effect overall... although I feel as if it could be tighter in a way.

I'm not too fond of how the background colours complement the colours of the bird itself, as it is a bit... well, it makes the bird merge a bit too much so that it doesn't stand out as much as it can.

Perhaps that would be solved if you lowered the saturation of the background or added a vignette or something.

Interesting, anyway.
