This one is from the Goa trip over the weekend, this old Matriarch of the family sells jewellery and trinkets with the whole family in tow, including daughter in laws, sons and grand sons and daughters..the look on her face despite her age is one of intelligence and knowledge.Related content

Strong women. I was once in the Sahara, there is an absolute Matriarchy, Female Africa has always played a fundamental value in their own society, which is matriarchal.
During the war against Morocco, they were forced to flee to remote parts of the Sahara desert.
Without any kind of help from the men who were engaged in battles over many kilometers away, the women Saharan Africa have been able to rebuild the refugee camp, where part of the Saharan population still leaves (about 250.000 people), in connection with the new rebuilt homes, schools, hospital.
In our time, the inhabitants of the Sahara is vast matriarchy in which women make all major decisions.
