It's a bit tight, perhaps, but I find it interesting how you've got a head-shot of the guy and how it's pretty spontaneous.
The black and white contrast works well with the noise to produce a feeling of a film-like photograph... I think it's great how you've timed it so that his expression is pained, yet open too? As if he was willing to let people see his vulnerability, which makes it more raw overall.
Not bad.
