You walk in. The music is so loud.
You see her beloved cat,
Walking out of her room…
With fresh blood on his paws.
You heart starts to pump harder.
He looks up at you with a pleading look
As a meowing cry escapes his mouth.
“She couldn’t have”.
You carefully continue to where her room is.
Her favorite song just ended.
Automatic replay. It starts again.
Your feet start to move slower.
Shaking. Afraid. Afraid of what you’ll find.
You get nervous. The music is draining away.
You don’t seem to hear it anymore.
All you hear, are the heartbeats in your ears.
Your blood is racing through your body.
Such a sick feeling...
You are finally at her doorway.
You slowly peer into her room.

Escapes your mouth in relief,
When you see her lying peacefully
Underneath her blanket.
But then you start to choke,
When you notice the large blood stain
Spread out on her white silky sheets.
“Oh God no!” slips harshly out of your lips.
You slowly walk to the side of her bed
Your eyes locked on her face.
Your eyes are wide opened. Your lips are so dry.
Your head is pumping with pain.
You see her sad eyes gazing out,
Into the nothing that she hated.
Dried black tears all over her face.
Lipstick covering the color of death on her lips.
Will you ever kiss those precious lips again?
You just stand there and stare,
As a regretfull tear rolls down your cheek.
You hear a whisper, breaking the silence,
“She really did...”
