Well considering that she fell from a cliff that the bottom was so far from her current location that it actually was unreadable by fog doubled with the fact she had just betrayed her husband for another man, I'd say it was a guilty death with her shame ridding with her all the way to death just because she wanted to retrieve the scarf her husband left with her as a token of his trust in her.
Its a pretty shitty death.

I can't offer a good of a opinion on the death since I've never seen it, but I think the witches death was pretty cool but messed up. Did she really want to die? It didn't really seem like it, didn't she think seem like she wanted death, but just to be away from them all. (I can't remember if she actually died because I remember she went to Rapunzel, but maybe that was before?) I kinda wanna know more about the witches mother and why the beans were important

Everyone was blaming her, trying to use her as an easy way out of guilt and blame. They didn't actually want to fix the problem they just wanted someone else to, so what was the first person to rat on? The witch who had just lost the one thing in her life that she felt was family.
The witches death was a suicide. It was extremely messed up. Rapunzel shunned her before her death via melting into a tar puddle.

I guess she really didn't have anything to live for anymore. She had fixed her curse, and her daughter hated her. I don't think she should have locked Rapenzel in the tower though.
