Description
For people who do EV train their pokemon, rain can be annoying.It doesn't help that you're forced to move somewhere else where it has another common horde that gives out the same EVs
I chose Thundurus to blame because I remember in my White playthrough it was raining a ton and Thundurus appeared. I'm not sure about Tornadus if he does the same but o'well
