Eagleflight was still rather new around the camp. He was curious about the territory and he didn't know much. He decided to ask other cats to give him a tour, but none accepted. "Well darn..it's probably I'm a kittypet aren't I?" He noticed another tom and decided to give it one more go. "Pardon me?"

Tangledtail looked over at the other tom keeping his head down and his over bite out sight "yeth" he mewed not truley caring much and orange tabby tom cat stood before him obviously a warrior yet he smelled different from the other warriors probably new he thought as he looked back down at his paws he was never one for talking

he looked up at the tom cat with a confused face was he really asking him to him on a tour of the territory he must be new because no cat ever asked him anything like that or even talked to him not that he minded he opened his mouth to say no but qiuckly closed it for he felt the angry gaze of his sister on his back he knew that she would like to accept this after all she was always trying to get him to hang out with other cats more "thure" from the sound of his voice you could tell he was to thrilled about this yet he wanted Featherpaw to be happy

Tangledtail stood up and started heading to the camp entrance "don't mention it"  there wasn't really much to see Tornadoclan territory was pretty bairn there were a few spots were plants grew the only reason he knew what did about those is bacause Featherpaw had once asked him to help her collect herbs with her

Eagleflight pretty much just let his eyes wandered around the area. He never really got the chance to explore. He than stopped when he saw a rather large hole in the ground and that inside it's hissing. "Hey Tangledtail, what's this?" He said as he got a little closer due to curiosity.

Tangledtail turned his head around to see Eagleflight inching cloaser to the snake-pit his eyes grew wide for he knew the danger of it all to well " THTAY AWAY FROM THERE" he hissed pushing him away from the hole "that'th the thanke-pit. It'th very dangerouth" he gave warning part if him couldn't believe he would even go near it all cat that are older then kits know what a snake is where was this cat even from

Eagleflight ears dropped as he heard that that a snake-pit. He was even familiar with this place and probably almost gotten himself killed! Way to go Eagleflight, ya done goofed off.. He thought. The hissing seemed to sub-sided when he was now farther away from the pit. "Wow, I got a long way to go if I'm going to survive in these clans. Thanks Tangledtail, I-I never knew.."

"what were you thinking don't you know what a thnake ith" what was He thinking he didn't know why he was reacting this way normally he wouldn't care in fact normally he would have seen something like this coming yet he felt angry that such a cat could be so stupid no not angry scared like he would be scared of the thought of this strange new tom getting hurt he would only feel this way around one other cat and that was his sister his face turned red as he realized exactly what he could be feeling and her ears dropped yet his face stayed in a scowl

Eagleflight flinched as he was scolded as his ears dropped. He never explored this far into Tornadoclan territory plus he has never seen a snake pit in his kitty-pet life. "S-Sorry.." He then noticed Tangledtail's face was red and he suddenly got worried. "Tangledtail are you ok? Your face is all red!" He than began to look around his body checking to see if there were anything that bite him. "A snake didn't get you right?"

he turned his head away so to hide his face "i'm fine i didn't get bit thankfully" though you could have he glanced back at the tom the sun making his fur shine his blush deepened there was simply nothing that could make this worse "Tangledtail!" no no no not her anything but her not now a skinny she-cat who had an appearance exactly like Tangledtail's padded up "there you are i've been looking all over for you" there was a hint of worry and frustration in her mew Tangledtail wasn't known for going out on his own so when she couldn't find him in his normal spot she panicked she looked over at Eagleflight not really expecting to see another tom "oh hello you mutht be the new warrior"

Eagleflight turned his head toward what it seems to be Tangledtail's twin. It amazes him how identical they both are. Well they are twins Eagleflight thought. Eagleflight then smiled at the twin. "Yep thats me! I'm Eagleflight, may I know your name?" He ask. She didn't seem like an apprentice to become a warrior. Maybe she's a medicine apprentice . He then thought that since she was a medicine apprentice that she could have figured out what was wrong with her brother.

now this is a sight the last thing Featherpaw expected to see was Tangledtail of all toms hanging out with another cat "I'm Featherpaw" she mewed she had to admit he was a cute one but no Cherrypaw she wondered where he had come from perhaps he had a rouge background like them though considering how well kept he looked it was doubtful "If You Don't Mind Me Athking Eagleflight, Were Did You Live Before You came To Tornadoclan" she was instantly greeted with a not so aesthetic grumble from her brother which was him probably saying her name she just rolled her eyes and ignored it

Eagleflight's smile instantly vanished into a thin line. His eyes slightly wider. He didn't want to tell them that he was a kitty-pet. No, being a kitty-pet was probably lower than rouges. Kitty-pets are weak, fragile, and have no meaning what's so ever. They just let their two-legs do all their work. Not wanting to see their face, he looked downed. "I...I used to live as a kitty-pet."

Tangledtail looked up from his paws and at the ginger tom cat his face was still red but the look of embarrassment had passed he was about to speak when his sister interrupted him " Well That Maketh Thenthe, Your Obviously Not From One Of The Other Clanth, And Your Too Clean To Have Been A Rouge" there thhe goeth again he rolled his eyes as his sister went on about how she could figure out that he used to be a kitty pet she was just about to say something that might have offended him if she didn't all ready before Tangledtail moved his tail over her mouth to close it and shut her up "before my thithter thayth thomething thhe thhouldn't" they both winced a bit at the amount of lisping that he just did they both hated there lisp and how it messed up there speech "you don't have to feel athhamed about it" he wanted to stop there and say no more but  Featherpaw had other plans "We Both Uthed To Be Rougeth Before Our Mother Died" Tangledtail looked back down to the ground it had always affected him much more though the thing that worried him is that this dumb blush just wouldn't go away

Eagleflight's ear dropped slightly. From what he learned and heard, Wakingstar was the previous leader and Tangletail's old mentor. Inside of him he wished that he would come to the clans quicker to meet Wakingstar. From what he heard, he was a great leader. Too bad he didn't get to see him. "I bet he was. I wish I could have arrived here earlier to meet him."

sensing the awkward moment Tangledtail cleared his throat and quickly tried to change the subject "yeth, well what did you want me for in the firtht place Featherpaw"  the was a hint of annoyance in his mew he always hated it when she would bug him for no reason or to try and get him to meet more cats "What Can't A Cat Check Up On Her Twin Every Now And Then" he mew was meted with a unconvinced grunt "Okay Fine Be That Way, Thith Time It Ith True Though"  she always worried about her brother the most he hardly talked to anyone besides her "Leaf-Bare Ith Coming And You Know You Get Thick Quicker Then Motht Catth" this thing was true and it was also something she never noticed before she became a medicine cat apprentice

Tangledtail padded along his face pointed towards the ground "well the Wolf-Hillth are clother" he mewed walking in the direction of said hills he could feel the toms presence next to him and it made his heart beat ever faster as he came up to there destination he just stood there looked up at the many hills you could faintly hear a howl on the wind this was one of the most dangerous places in there territory he hated this place

he looked away from the hills trying to keep his mind of it he would never say it out loud but this place terrified him he let out a sigh for he knew there were only two stops left before they had to head back to camp and surprisingly part of him did not want this to end this time alone with Eagleflight this wonderful tom "yeah, there are only two placeth left anyway" a hint of sorrow clouded his mew something rare for the tom to be sad about leaving the presence of another he began to pad on toward a spot called the Storm-Plains

a look of surprise came over the toms face as he was tackled and went tumbling into the grass he felt almost as if he was going to pass out right here and now his stomach was in note with the golden colored tom on top of his the strange thing about this was that he made attempt to push off despite how he felt right now "Eagleflight this was the only thing he could mange to get out of his mouth his face felt very hot and the blush cover all of his muzzle

It seemed like his heart was beating faster and his face getting hotter by the millisecond. He was silent for a moment and said out-loud to himself. "I think I like him..."

"what" he couldn't believe what he just heard it couldn't be true why in the clans would someone ever like him it's not like he was the friendliest of cats he hardly ever talked to anyone one and when he did he never enjoyed it the thought that another cat besides his sister would ever like him was for foreran he like he couldn't breath and he practilly here his heart beat in his chest words seemed lost in him and he could was just lay there under the tom

he swallowed hard and let go of a breath he was not aware he was holding he thought that if maybe Eagleflight could say how he felt then he could "th-tho do I, your really cute and fun to be around. For once I feel ath if I don't have I don't have to worry about everything all the time, and I-I" he took a moment to get a hold of himself and try and stop his fluttering heart "I think I might love you Eagleflight" he felt as if a huge weight had just been lifted from his shoulders it felt to good to finally get that off his chest and say it  all that was left now was wait for the toms response

Tangledtail's face formed into a smile it was the first time he had smiled sense he was a kit he almost forgot how it felt like to be happy to feel loved by someone who's not featherpaw he felt as if he could fly right now his heart would not stop thumping in his head yet he did not care a purr escaped from his throat it was something he forgot he could do he nuzzled the tom lovingly he wanted it to be like this forever just them standing here
