Yeah sure!

The golden she-cat with amber eyes walked around the forest,
her head ducked down only slightly, and her tail actually lifting off
the ground. After finding Kanji and living with her, she began to find
the happiness and peacefulness of life again. Though many of the bad
things that happened recently still weighed her down, so of course it will
take a while for her to heal. But she'll get there.. eventually.

Scar padded out the den, stretching his limbs and letting out one more yawn before padding out to the forest. The small little home that Scar had was all he and Coal needed, it wasn't that crowded and it was perfect for the two of them to live in. But then over the past few moons, their small space became smaller once came back with some of her kits. Scar was delighted, while Coal as usual, was grumpy but allowed them to stay anyways. "I really need to find another place for all of us to live." The tom reminded himself. He sighed, just thinking of Jade brought a flutter to his chest. He wondered if she felt the same way. 'No..she only accepted just to get away from that tom. At least she's happy right?' His train of though stopped, his whole body on alert as he heard the bushes rustle nearby. "SHOW YOURSELF!" Scar hissed.

Akumu let out a terrified meow at the sound of someone
hissing. Head ducked down even further out of fear, she
stepped out to find.. someone she had never
expected to see. Her pupils went tiny when she saw who
it was. "No.. yo.. y-you can't b-be him~" She stuttered out.

Scar's eyes widen in shock as his body became tense for a quick second, before relaxing again. He recognized those eyes, that yellow tabby fur. "Dawnpaw..?" Scar spoke up softly, soft like he was unsure that was even his old friend. It's been so long since they last met, Scar was exiled from the clans and shortly after he heard that Dawnpaw left. There was no mistake, this was her. "Is that really you?"

Akumu didn't even care that he didn't know her new name, all
she could muster up was a tiny nod. She took a cautious step
forward, looking him straight on in his eyes. A tiny smile of relief
appeared on her face. "Y-You must be him.. no one else calls me
that anymore.." She mewed, her voice shivering out of the many
emotions she felt from this; relief, excitement, and perhaps still
the same old foolish crush she had on this tom since they were in
the clans together.

A small smile made it up to his face. "Yeah it's me, Copperpaw..Well it's Scar now." It was nice seeing a familiar face every once and a while around his territory, it was refreshing and it brought back memories, the good ones that Scar enjoyed back as an apprentice. "It's been a while hasn't it Dawnpaw?" Scar asked, padding up to the yellow tabby. A surge of questions rushed through his mind about the she-cat's whereabouts and what happened the time she was gone. "Why did you leave? The clan that is." The tom asked. "Those Featherbrains didn't do another thing bad did they?" Scar growled.

Akumu looked down at her paws. "To be honest, the reason I left..
was because they exiled you~" She admitted. "But it took so long to find
you.. I started wondering if something terrible had happened to you~"

Scar's eyes widen in shock when he heard what she did. "You seriously left? For ME?" He emphasized the last word in his sentence, shaking his head almost in disapproval at his former clan-mate. "Oh Dawnpaw..well if you're even called that anymore..you left for no good reason." He sighed, sitting down and curling his tail between his paws. "Seriously I'm nothing right now you shouldn't even be worrying about me at all!" Scar exclaimed. "I'm not important to remember, a coward isn't someone to remember." He spat out with hatred in his voice.

Akumu felt shock at his words, and flinched as if she just got hit by something.
"A coward? Is that what you think you are?~" Akumu got closer to Scar. "A coward
runs away from a fight without even trying to solve the problem. A coward makes
others fight his fight for him. You? You're no coward. You tried fighting back against
the clan since they treated us like outsiders. Could you defeat them right then and there? No!
There was way too many cats. And even then you didn't run away from your problems either!
You were exiled! They forced you to leave!~"

Scar scoffed and rolled his eyes. "You don't know what I had to go through..." The copper rogue lashed out his tail. "And besides! That's because they saw what I did! That disgrace of a leader saw me kill a member of their clan and I very well knew what I was getting myself into! I was ready for exile any day!" He growled, the fur on his neck bristling. He calmed himself down, but still looking aggressive. "I was a coward for not voicing out my thoughts to my family. I was a coward to confront Leafstar about anything. I was a coward and ran away from most of my problems. Everything would have been different if I wasn't such a coward."

Akumu narrowed her eyes at her friend. Flicking her tail back and forth, she
replied. "Well if you're a coward, then so am I. Instead of being open to my adopted
parents about the bullying and ignoring, I murdered my sister~" She huffed, though
deep down she knew it wasn't fair of her to say that. Stormpaw bullied her badly, she
even tried to kill her once before her death! But Akumu still felt reluctant guilt for killing her,
as if thinking she could've done something more now that the hate she felt had simmered down.

Scar rolled his eyes again for two reasons. One for them was his friend's reasoning and the second reason was this ridiculous argument. Scar would stop it right here right now, unfortunately he had too much pride in him to stop until he 'wins' this debate. "Well at least you had the courage to kill her-" He scoffed, slightly remembering his stillborn brother and his sister. There were many times where Scar blamed his siblings, namely Summerpaw. He knew she wasn't there for him, her only sibling left, but for Nettlepaw or whatever his name is now. In reality, Scar just hated his whole family in total, now he was more grateful that Coal found him. "My whole family ended up ignoring me, the only tom in that family to actually do something for a purpose! I made it to an apprentice, got the leader as my mentor and who comes to congratulate me? No one!" The copper tom spat, his blood boiling to the memory. This got him more agitated than he intended to be this morning.

Akumu gave an irritated huff. She didn't think courage was what she
had in mind when she killed her sister. Although she thought she did
a heroic deed in killing her and was crushed when no one acknowledged it.
"Well when I killed a potential threat, I was still seen as a heartless rogue
so I guess we're even." Wanting to change the subject slightly, she continued.
"Anything particularly good or positive happened to you recently?~"

Scar sighed, thankful that the topic wa snow changed, but still a little irritated just thinking about the topic. "I guess it's been..good really.." Scar replied with an unsure tone. True it has been pretty great with the copper tom living his life now as a rogue, it's more quiet and mellow. something he could never really get back as a Featherclan apprentice. However that too was a problem, it was too quiet. Sometimes Scar craved for the taste of blood of another cat or the yowls of pain from them. "Actually.." He trailed off, remembering his task at hand. "I need to find another place big enough for three grown cats to live and a couple of kits."

yet not too clear, that she thought she wouldn't be able to see Scar if he moved
again. "Well I'm glad things are at least better for you. Things for me have been..

Scar frowned at the other's tone as she spoke. There was a hint of disappointment towards him needing to find another place to live and how things weren't going so good on her end. A part of him wanted to say how she should have stayed in the clan if that was happening, no one knew of Dawnpaw's actions or even doubt it unlike Scar's. However, saying that would most likely end up in another argument, something Scar does not need right now. He took one glance at the sky, seeing how dark it was already starting to get. "Tch, wasted so much time already..." He muttered under his breath. "Hey why not come along with me to find a new spot and talk while searching?" He offered up.

Scar simply nodded and padded off deeper into the forest, expecting the yellow tabby to follow after him. "So Dawnpaw..is that even your name now? Or did you change it like me?" The rogue tom went ahead to ask. He would understand if they both changed their names, Scar didn't want to be haunted by his clan name so he assumed the same for the she-cat. They were alike back in their days, surely nothing has changed much.

"Akumu huh?" Scar raised an eyebrow at her new foreign name, he understood why she would change her name it was the same reason for Scar to. But every new given name had a reason behind it like his. He has never heard of 'Akumu' or if he even heard what kind of language it was. To the tom, it seemed like a more complex version of what they speak. Regardless of the strange name, Scar simply shrugged it off his shoulders and continued searching for a bigger nest. "So Akumu, what have you been up to for the last few moons?"

"Ah, well.. not much?" She said uncertainly as she walked.
"I mean, I've wandered around, found an old friend so there's
something, found you... mourned over my mother.." She said the
last part with a sad frown. She never really told anyone that her
mother, Horzion, had been found dead a while ago.

Not keeping his eyes off of any potential holes, he still listened closely to his friend, hearing her hint of sadness. Scar was never one to really sugarcoat his words or know any ways to comfort anyone, he's just an awkward tom who didn't even know how to expressive himself. So hearing how his friend's mother died made him unsure of what to say. His actual parents have died and he was happy, ecstatic even. "Oh, um..Sorry to hear that. Must have been tough."

Scar softly smiled towards her before going back to search for another available hole or den, just somewhere that Scar, Jade, Coal, and a couple of Jade's kits can settle in more comfortably than their cramped space currently. "It's good that life's turning out the way you want it now." Scar said. Both their lives were getting better now since they left, and Scar knew it was only the beginning. The rogue's last sentence reminded him of Jade's possessive behavior as well as Coal's. Scar knew very well that they don't take kindly to anyone else that they don't trust, he learned that the hard way. "But speaking of seeing me, you should stop trying to search for me." The copper tom warned.

"No not even that either!" Scar snapped back, sighing a little as he gave up his hunt for a new home for now. "What I mean is that I can't go anywhere to another cat. Coal likes to keep my rump on lockdown. Besides, I'll be too busy providing food for my family." He looked up to the sky, seeing it turn dark. "You see Akumu, Jade lives with me and Coal now. And she brought her kits with her. I basically have my own little family now."

Her expression changed to a disappointed and sad frown. "Ah, I see.
I.. didn't realize. Well, I.. probably should get going, you know Kanji. She
gets a bit paranoid and anxious if you leave her alone for too long." She said,
her head lowered, and her tail drooping. It was obvious that she was getting
ready to leave, but she wanted her visit to end on a better note then him just
straight up snapping at her.
Guess my life can't be all sunshine all the time. That's too much to ask for..
