Description
This is the opening page to a graphic novel/ comic/ whatever you wish to call it that I am making for my little brother with his help. It was originally supposed to be a Christmas gift to him, but I quickly realized the girth of the task ahead of me, so that idea fell apart. I have since told him about it and now he helps me with it. It began with me recommending to him that he write a fan fiction about Kingdom Hearts post-KH2 that had him, me, and my older brother as the three main characters. I gave him a few simple ideas and what you will eventually see is the result. The product is in no way finished obviously, but it's still fun, and you can get the idea of what I'm going for. My little brother writes it all, and I illustrate. Feel free to offer any helpful tips or ideas- I'm really open. I've never done anything remotely close to this. I've been working on it now for about 9 months, and I'm only about a fourth of the way done...
To fill in some back story so that it will make more sense, in the story, my name is Amicus, my little brother is Ayolaus, and our older brother is Jamison. About 10 years before this story, the keyblade divided some of its power and came to us three so that we could aid Sora and Mickey in what was supposed to be the final struggle for the safety of Kingdom Hearts and its universe, but everyone knows the struggle continues. Even King Mickey says in KH2, that there is a constant balance of light and dark, and you can never have one without the other. This is the story of the events that play out after that. There's a lot of stuff left out that I haven't added yet, such as level up pages, world themed keyblades, gummi ship levels, and random art that I have done for inspiration (those are the pages "View Scraps" is referring to). Well, here we go... Hope you enjoy this little bunch of silliness.
