Description
i noticed that the mega evolutions have been designed to enhance some of the best parts of older pokemon so i tried to do that here
since houndoom is like a doberman/rottweiler i figured i would make him look the part.
then i sort of boosted the demon look and got this! (his neck ring is red now because i wanted it to connect to his stomach to form the letter Y)
i might change the neck ring to be fire...
