Oh Twilight... Sooo what about them books, huh? Because I felt like I was being driven crazy. Painting details is cool and all, but this had to be made in little doses. Β Well, at least now I know how to paint a book spine! I won't even mention how long this took me as I had it sketched before season 5 aired and I redid it all at a later date. Still need to work on them crystals.So there it is - my take on the library.
I better not even say I'm finally back because I don't trust myself...

You did a spectacular job on the design and especially the painting of the new library, plus its wonderful inhabitants. The details all around are quite amazing, especially with such stunningly beautiful elements like the crystal columns and that great statue. Awesome work on the shelves themselves too, plus all of the fixtures and that lovely chair and ottoman with the great fabric; really sweet work on the armillary sphere. Heck, so many great textures from cloth to marble to crystal to glass to feathers to magic... Stunning, really. The lighting is gorgeous too, especially through those grand windows with the more-grand dendriform tracery (as compared to Golden Oak Library).
Of course the users are quite wonderful too. Princess Twilight looks stunning in her lovely regal garb, yet she still maintains her air of eagerness and interest. Spike looks like he's enjoying his job as he makes the list of books to pull β and yes, I did scan the shelves and find one or two of them. So many interesting authors and titles. 
Anyway, good thing for you that I'm over a week behind in commenting or I'd go on for another three pages!
