Expanding my forest painting skills
I had that little idea in my silly head, that deers could be an equestrian equivalent of elves, in which existence no one believes, but then DHX came and destroyed all the head canons. I don't mind though. It's their job to set up the lore and My deers are more sentient variant, like diamond dogs (though less retarded)Hey, I decided maybe i should do commissions for anyone willing out there

Wow, that must be pretty tough for him to walk around in a forest, with antlers that large. Does he have some trick to it? Interesting design, though, and a cool picture.
And yeah, I was a little disappointed that deer ended up being treated as simple pets. Maybe that was just a particularly stupid one that needs someone looking after it all the time, and the other deer got sick of doing it.

He just sticks to the meadows and also forest is thinn and treese are scarce where he's living. He has no business leaving his comfort zone

That is one epic Deer! Also Goats are sentient (though not a single one of them spoke English, Iron Will seemed to understand them though) it was hinted that Moose is sentient too during that episode with the cake on the train (forgot what it's called) Pinkie thought a giant chocolate moose was talking to her. I don't really understand why Deer wouldn't be Sentient either, either way this picture is epic!
