The sixth prize and the second time where I got the choice to pick between two designs: her Speed Demon Harley or her hybrid Chester. Never drew a Speed Demon before and the design really spoke to me so I chose Harely. I immediately knew what I wanted him to look like and most of the process was pretty straight forward. That being said, he had several design elements that really took alot of time to get right. Still came out cool regardless. I think I'm getting the hang of these abstract, simplistic backgrounds, they take less time and really look cool. This on took BG took about 5 minutes tops.All and all, I hope you like it.

And yep; Speed Demons can take a lot of time to get some of their characteristics right, especially when you're not used to drawing them. x)

Dante: Shame he's second to last in my eyes. Being the first to evolve and hit the streets out of all the trolls means something great, Avi may have been the first troll ever to evolve, but I'm the first speed demon.

Harley: *pouts* I may not be the first evolved Speed Demon overall, but I'm the first evolved male of our species. Not only that, I bet I'd outrun you in every race!

Dante: Don't flatter yourself. I was destined to be a male, it's in the name, you don't know me, you don't know my abusive parents, and you haven't seen all the strong evolved trolls I live with. I take pride in being first because it gave me a chance to escape -and escape I could not give my sister who's gone now.(Rika fused which is death according to Yen) You'd be lucky to make it past the starting gate.

You think? Speed Demons are interesting as they have so many teeth and eyes that expression is hard. But their design over all is so cool regardless.
