Just thought I'd give the contest a try to learn more about action poses since comic books are filled with them.Atomic Blonde Contest
- Session 1 -
Thumbnails to see which action I like the most.
- Session 2 -
I picked the bottom left thumbnail. Went over everything roughly, trying to figure how everything looks. I was thinking they are having a gunfight in a tall abandoned building for whatever reason. ^^
- Session 3 -
I wasn't feeling the energy in the thumbnail 4. I sketched out thumbnail 5 which I feel has more action and focuses more on Laura.
- Session 4 -
Sketching and figuring out where everything going to go.
- Session 5 -
Refined the rough sketch. Maybe I'll add 2D explosions and smoke behind Laura.
- Session 6,7 -
Lines, lines, lines everywhere!
- Session 8,9 -
Colouring in the lines to finish the artwork off ^^
