Uhm... I guess you can draw something like this with the mouse! It's a simple drawing
You can change your mouse sensitivity to slow, so it would be easier to draw. :3

Uhh. Never tried it, but the point is I can't do any species of line with the mouse. (Or touchpad, whom I use most).
And I never tried SAI or any other than Inkscape for this. I am dumb and can't sleep at night if the lines aren't smooth. -q
