This is an improvment since you wanted help I'll give! I'd have to say the face is too SHORT for the body.....ex: his forhead is practically non-existant..then look at his hairline at the top, Its bigger than his forhead..bring that up and move his eyes up a tad too. straighten out the muzzle and perhaps curve the top upward a bit so its not so 2D-flat looking ;D The hand is out of whack, but thats understandable, hands are FUCKING hard to draw. Try making the palm and fingers longer, study our hand and look at how the thumb comes out, It comes out at the bottom of the palm and extends out on an angle up to the middle of the palm and finally starts to turn into a finger...it should almost come to the second knuckle of your pointer finger. ;D hopefully that all helps a bit. If it doesn't, I'm sorry and I'm a big poophead.
