Ok, so thus I begin my art challenge, one piece every day for a duration of a month. 1st installment just happened being a random concept art that popped up into my mind. I believe its heavily influenced by what I've been watching lately eg. game of thrones, and also the ronin thingy in theaters right now, and I've been listening while painting to a battle of Hastings podcast - the guy might be a saxon.

So here you go, I've ended up with Beowulf-ish warg-slaying, game-of-thron-ish dude in some depressing nordic forest. Hope he doesn't give you too much of a depression

note: please zoom in and check out the details on wolf's head, I've pushed it to practice some gruesome organic painting. I believe it's the least mediocre part of this painting
