(Aaand finally finished Brussels' =w=;; Figured I should while I still have access to a computer with Photoshop. ...that and the partitioning of the capital region that I was delaying this for was finally decided on.

Her birthday may or may not change... to my knowledge, the Brussels Capital Region doesn't have a celebration day like the Walloon, Flemish and German-speaking Regions do... and the Francophone Community Day sounded closish... =3=;;;

Also, fun facts time. =w= The base color for Cécile's hair is the base highlight for Jurgen's hair and the base shadow for Julie's hair. ...also, the base color for Julie's eyes is the base shadow for Jurgen's eyes. I originally wanted to find some way to incorporate that with Brussels as well... but in the end I wanted her coloring to be closer to Bella's.
