Great perspective! The rail is nicely leading the focus to her face. Just a small note - I would panned slightly more to the left so she is more to the right of the frame - that would take advantage of the rule of thirds and also give her some more negative space in the distance, where she is looking. Please don't take it asΒ criticism, the render is brilliant - it's more a matter of taste. And I also understand this framing - the fact that we see a bigger portion of the wall behind her, gives a lot to the atmosphere.Β Β

I agree with you. I tried to apply the thirds rule but it didn't feel right, at least for me. BUt, you know what? I will render it and upload it in order to let people judge.

I think in this case the rule of thirds is just not the right tool. The face in the middle is framed on both sides and balanced and it gives the picture the tranquility and peacefulness it has. Landscape format is also unusual for a close up portrait and has to find own rules to work.

Yes, I agree. But it's hard to tell without seeing, what would a little more negative space do on the left side. hmm...
