This is a COLORED and EDITED version of BoundPup's Drawing.
CHANGES: Changed the rope on the Neck to a collar and removed the top end + I added a background like you encounter Lucario in a battle + The Pokeball!
I know that the artist said Lucario wasn't chocking/suffering but I overall prefer this version!
