finally finished it! might put a bit more polish on it once i've finished work on the hallway leading up to it, but that's later.

i started this in March, after spending 2 days on tutorials, a day and a half on the hallway(that still isn't done), and then 2 and a half days on this. at which point i took a few months off to deal with some personal issues, and then started back in on this last night. total time spent on the modelling and texturing was about 4 days, god only knows how long this'll take to render out in video.

anyway, i used Celestia's Throne Room Background by ~tamalesyatole for reference, the stained glass and the large flags in the back. everything else is my own texture work, based on the reference.

thanks for checking this out, i'm pretty damn proud of how it turned out.
