Typhoon Blade Dance: Despite his hulking mass, In the water he is the king of speed. His blades can reach even greater speeds underwater and allows a vicious barrage of swings that can shred his target to pieces.
Aqua Cannon: A high density water ball spit from his mouth. It can reach speeds of a speeding bullet and he can shoot in rapid succession. The number of shots depend on how much water he drank.
