wow! thank you! that is the real artist! someone who has an eye for details and making a stories of them
i didn't had any story behind this actualy, this photo was very spontanious, i've just put my hand on the wall totaly ignoring the fortune messages ...but came as interesting concept.
yes, the scars represent painful past and followed by Trent's lyrics like a recognition and profound understanding and feeling of the pain, but not enjoying it.
And the fortunes i guess represent hope for recovering and better future.

I'm glad you appreciated my questions. Often times, it's great to be able to just create artwork spontaneously, as you did here, and then step back and analyze it further later.
"recognitions and profound understanding and feeling of the pain" that's a great insight.

I <3 scars! They all have stories to tell. Is there a story behind this one? You are wearing a NIN bracelet. And it appears there are some fortunes under your hand. But I can't read 'em. Interesting that you have fortunes in this photo, because your scar implies something in the past. Fortunes imply something of the future. Or perhaps the scar is a fulfilment of a fortune of the past. hmmmm...
