pay attention to shades and blending, on the one leg the shading is a tad HARSH where the muscle is clearly seen, you'd want that to blend ltitle more. If you're using the dodge and burn tool on soemthing like paintshop pro or photoshop, you may want to switch to the paintbrush and mess with size and opacity and flow.

The line where the chin is and the top section of her looks very good, as does the rose, some shading to define the fingers and toes may help, soem lighter, more liek darker actualy, shades would help that most definately.

The hair is pretty good, try to keep it less strandy, try to look at a photo of hair and practise from that uhm the dress, you may want to look into the PEN TOOL in photoshop to give it a crisper edge so it's not jaggy uhm...that's all i can realyl think of, you're really improving kiki though <3~ a Lot a Lot~
