Okay so I definitely think I might have made progress with manes and tails.Big thanks to LacedwithEuphoria for the help!
Will be selling this as a layout on Horseland.
EDIT: I did add a few more layers onto the mane and tail.

Overall, an exceptional piece. A few minor tweaks could be made, such as mane realism and length adjustments. Also, because of the angle the head appears to look a bit smaller. This can be fixed by a simple volumizing of the mane, or lowering of the eyes. The deer is of course removable, but I would reccomend lessening the intensity of focus on it. It takes away fron the main piece. This can be easily fixed by blurring it slighty, or even adjusting the size a little bit. Your work is always very admirable, and this is a very job well done.
