"What's so unusual about that, princess?" he asked quietly. "Do you know how your story ends?" --Dustfinger, Inkheart--Paul Bettany as Dustfinger from the upcoming movie 'Inkheart'. That's Gwin on his shoulder. It's my first time drawing a marten.
Done in 3 hours with reference material using F, 2H, HB, 2B, 4B and 8B pencils and a cotton bud in my sketchbook.

A minor correction: Gwin is a marten in the books, but they used a ferret in the movie instead.
So, I technically drew a ferret instead of a marten.

Its a shame they used a ferret for the movie, all that work cornelia funke put into writing that book and yet they cant just follow her book and put a marten in the movie. a shame.
