Very nice work with this! Just from the sheer detail you've put in, I think this is one of your best pictures yet! The lineart is very clean and I love the detail on the camo. I especially like how you have the pattern realistically disrupted by the folds in the fabric like on his bunched up sleeves. It's an important consideration that a lot of people forget. You did a good job with the shading and highlighting, you can see right where the hand holding the helmet casts a shadow on his vest which is really cool.
I have a small suggestion for an improvement if you were interested. I think the line between the blue and the white could be a bit fluffier, especially on the tail. You can see from the outline you've drawn approximately how long each hair is, so where the two colours meet, you'll have hairs falling about that far over the line. The longer the hair is, the more fluffy the line between two colours should be.
I opened this up in Photoshop and made a few quick edits to show you what I mean, I hope you don't mind.

in my old arts I just applied a blur to "simulate" the fur
I still do not know how to use photoshop but I'm trying to learn

You're very welcome! Your English is fine, I can't speak a word of Portuguese so you're doing very well!
I haven't tried MediBang. I think all programs like Photoshop, Medibang, GIMP, SAI are all probably fairly similar. Photoshop is pretty powerful if you have a copy of it and because a lot of other people use it, it's easy to get help too.
However, I'm sure what you're using is also fine. I think the best program is probably the one that you have experience with.
I searched on Google and it says MediBang can use custom brushes, have you tried using those or making your own before? I made a special brush to do fur/hair with. If you know how to make a brush, I can show you what mine looks like.

Ah, I see. Yeah, might be a bit much to run Photoshop on a slow computer.
I uploaded the fur brush I use as a transparent .png file. Maybe you can save this and convert it to a brush in Medibang somehow? I don't know how it works with Medibang. If not, that's what it looks like, so you can just copy it and make your own one. It was pretty simple and the shapes of the little marks don't matter that much so long as they're not completely round and all a bit different
I've used it on every picture with fur in it since I made it. When you paint with it, it looks like this:
It's effective for colouring and also for blending two colours of fur together with the smudge tool.

Ok, so I installed Medibang and had a very quick play around. I haven't spent very long really trying to figure it out, but the problem as I saw it with my fur brush was I couldn't make the spacing low enough to turn it into a continuous streak like I can on photoshop. I don't know if that can be fixed.
You can create a similar effect the hard way using individual brush strokes with the pen tool. Medibang seems to have good pressure sensing, so you can flick the pen to make a hair-shaped stroke quite well. You can make the strokes large or small, large would be clumps of hair, small would be individual hairs.
This is a very rushed example of what I mean, but you could experiment a bit and see if you can make something similar work. i.imgur.com/R2IDImX.png
Smudging using a small brush in line with the fur creates a less hard-edged effect that you might also like: i.imgur.com/whMqBh5.png
Here, I went back and forward to try and make it look even on both sides of the division.
I'm not sure if that's helpful at all, I didn't spend very long making those pretty, but maybe you can make something of it.

I think your version looks pretty good! I think it's better than just having a blurred line. Maybe try getting the white and going back the other way too though.
