I have no time for making tuturials : (
But i did the shadow this way:
-I draw a circle shape, then i rasterized that layer, then use the option: filter - liquefy and with the first option (the finger) i dragged one of the circle shape part, then i use the rubber to soft remove some of that dragged part.
