YAY FOR THE ONE HUNDRED AND ONE DALMATIANS ON MY SHELF!
Heya Guys!
I decided to study some anatomy on my back, since my genetics make me TOTALLY UNABLE to get any fat not-even-if-i-eat-a-whale!
Hence i'm nicely defined, so it's easy to see some muscle groups xD
I tried to study some back anatomy on anatomy books, but these ones just confused me even more about what should be seen and what shouldn't!
And that's why i decided to use myself to study it.
After i got these photos (please forgive the bad quality, the girl who photographed me did this just for fun and with my cellphone, so this is not professional at all) i thought i could have shared them with you, because they were a good help for me.
We also don't have any knowledge about photography, nor am i a model (quite far from being one, but luckily i just want to be a good artist
So, yeah, you can use these as a reference but credit me if you do so, since these photos are about me, not just a drawing of mine. (My body belongs to me, respect the copyright!
For the same reason, you of course MUST ask me if you can put these somewhere else i originally not intended to.
Hope you'll find these as useful as i found them while studying the back, which is indeed quite complex, let me know if you find these useful!
Maybe in the future i could add more of these Anatomy References, if they are found to be useful and you'd like to have some others.

So unfair. My genetics are totally different. Even when I try do healthy stuff, eat right, etc. a long time. My fat stays same and I get more muscles but I don't want them. I just want to fat go away (what I got when I was depressed many years). And then if I eat at least little bit unhealthy I get more fat almost instantly! ARH!!
But be honest.. You enjoy to show your body to everyone. Right?

You probably were not doing the right "healthy stuff", or were doing it in a wrong way.
It's basically impossible not to loose any fat if you work hard and do the right exercises in the right way.
If you get muscles then you were doing the wrong exercises most likely.
To loose fat you have to go with fitness, not with weights: that is, you have to run a lot and do all that fitness stuff, which we call "Cardio Exercises".
Try again and carry on doing it even if you don't see any improvements, you'll certainly get some results if you stick to it with dedication, trust me!
In fact, i was really skinny, and i struggled to achieve some results.
Still, i sticked to it and eventually improvements began to show.
And i'm a totally natural one, i take no supplement or stuff like that.. i simply eat in a healthy way: that stuff is for who hasn't got enough patience to wait for the results to show.
About a good 70% of the people who go to the gym get demotivated because they have totally WRONG expectations: they want everything and they want it in no time.
So they either leave the Gym or they begin to take supplements and dangerous stuff.
So yeah, don't worry and just stick to it: eventually, you'll get your results!
As for the show off thing.. I actually don't xD
I mean, to enjoy showing something you have to be proud of it.
And i'm not proud of my physique, believe it or not.
I'm far from getting where i want to get, so i really don't see my body as something which should be "showed off".
I of course acknowledge that my body isn't a common one, but there are a ton which are much better than mine, at least from my point of view.
This principle is the same one behind the answer to this question: "Are you a good artist?" To which, even if i'm a
not-so-bad one, i'd reply "No indeed".
Because i'm far from getting where i want to get!
I simply put these here because i found them to be useful in my studies, so i thought i could share them with you all as a Reference, just like i do with my Tutorials and stuff like that.. i want to contribute as much as i can

I don't want things happen fast because they will go away fast.
Even thought.. Right now I wait for winter to go away that I can start to use Skikes ([link] Kind of skis with wheels). I will get really bored at gym and walking and runing.. With wheels I have speed and a lot of things what I have to think before hand.. Planing the road ahead all the time. So my mind is with me.
But this year seems that our winter will never go away.
Come and take this snow away! We got more snow today at about 10 cm. xP

no body fat? lucky~ >.< aaannnd, i'm pretty sure you work out, so that just might have something to do with you not being able to get much body fat don't worry, though; i hear that at 30 something, your metabolism changes ^.^ you probably don't have long to wait XD

I've never gained basically any fat since i was a little child..
I used to be inactive and sedentary, no sports until one year and a couple of months ago, when i began to work out.. yet, no damn fat!
I was also pretty skinny in fact^^
And thank you!
(By the way, i don't really deem it worthy of being called a show off, since there's nothing special to show.. i just found these useful in my studies and thought to share it with you )

Oh my...
You're really fit and well defined.
I know it's rude, but I can't seem to stop staring at your back!
Though this picture does show the muscles on the backside really well, and does make great reference! Personally, I find it much better to use oneself as reference rather than anything found in a book (I use my own hand as reference all the time).
