OMG! This is so true, and I'm saying this as a Bill Cipher fangirl myself. Though, I'm only attracted to him in some of his human forms such as Life-Writer's and Boomsheika's designs. Outside of that I already think he's one of the best villains ever. He's such a simple (and cute?) looking, yet, unique and very menacing and powerful trickster type. He reminds me a lot of Discord from MLP (also one of my favorite villains). I love how weird, twisted and crazy he is. Not only that, but he knows how to make very interestingly awesome entrances with crop circles and an eye of the moon. Also, that crazy voice that becomes low and demonic while flashing images. How can you not love such a fascinating villain?
