Tell me about it. It's even more difficult when you're to get a certain number of EV's in the stat of a Pokemon. It's such a shame that they got rid of rid of super training, hopefully it returns in future gens.

I really loved ORAS myself, primarily because I loved the original Gen. 3 games and was so stoked for their remakes.
Hopefully in the future games, they'll implement both super and hyper training.

Nah man, it should be pretty easy if you slap the EV training weights onto them and just SOS chain a pokemon that yields the EVs you want.
Doesn't take too long to get a pokemon to 252 EVs in a stat that way. But for more unique spreads, Isle Evelup is probably the best way to go about it. That's sorta time consuming tho, yea, since a half hour equates to however many EVs you get depending on the phase your island is at. (Phase 1 is 1 EV per session, Phase 2 is 2 EVs per session and Phase 3 is 4 EVs per session)
But that's what pokebeans are for!
Haha... I'm rly into competitive... I've got like 10+ pokemon in my competitive box already and I'm gonna continue breeding for more. Gotta get those teams built up for the VGC!!

I'm super excited for the VGC this year. I wanna lay out a few different teams and practice with them before I go looking for tournaments, but I have my global link account signed up for play! pokemon events already so when the time comes I can easily search and sign up~
