Description
Hunter and Blake are still deciding whether or not to keep their powers.
Marah is upset because her goldfish died.
Choobo steals Lothor's Scroll of Empowerment.
Cam is going over the Thunder Megazord's blueprints, and can't figure out what one piece is for.
Hunter and Blake are heading to Ninja Ops, when they're attacked by Choobo, and pulled into the box on his back. They're trapped in another dimension.
Dustin finds their bikes unattended. He tells the others, and Cam locates Choobo in the woods. The Rangers take their cycles to investigate.
Choobo sends Kelzaks after the Rangers, they defeat them and receive a message from Cam. He informs them how to free Blake and Hunter. They succeed and all team up against Choobo.
Choobo reveals a new power, he zaps the Wind Rangers and is able to puppeteer them. The Rangers use willpower to break his control. As a last resort, Choobo uses the Scroll of Empowerment on himself.
Cam sends the Zords, but Choobo is too strong. Suddenly, Cam realizes the purpose of the unknown Zord part. It's the Minizord, the key to combining the two Megazords. The Rangers now have the power to defeat Choobo.
Up on Lothor's ship, it's revealed Choobo is still alive, but shrunk down and is now Marah's new pet.
The Thunder Rangers tell the others they've decided to keep their powers, and join them.

This is a pretty good episode. It has so little connection to the previous three episodes though, I wonder why it's part 4, why not just give this episode it's own title? Was it due to some airing schedule? Was it something to do with the home video release?
It's mostly action, and it works really well here. Choobo has alot of creative abilities. Alot of this episode was adapted into the old Ninja Storm Game Boy game!
The Minizord has a voice! I think this may be the first time a Zord has spoken, aside from Animus.
