Pretty sure the art is from the current story arc "Old Man Logan" that deals 50 years in the future.

Awesome, so glad you posted this. I was actually thinking last week about asking.
Totally loving the line variation in the feathering as well as the diversity in how you guys found form within the plains and contours. Wicked image no doubt. Ony thing that seems a bit off is the shadow on the nose. The under part of the nose really flattens without feathering on the rounded tip point of the nose. Everything else SOLID! The book is kicking ass so far, looks great. Can't wait to have the entire story.
BTW, do you think you could post a high rez of the colored version?

What you don't like reading yet ANOTHER wolverine is a punching bag story?
We know he is such a cool character because he can take a beating like no body else, and another, and another.
Just think they are portraying him 50 years in the future just as much a whipping boy as they do in current and past stories.
Whats not to like?
after all that's how about 90% of the writers wanna portray him, why would they wanna rock the boat.

I don't mind seeing him beaten every now and then. But Wolverine turned into a sissy?! And of all things, a beating made him like that....psh, come on now. We're talking about a guy with hellava tolerance for pain and he's been beaten nearly to death on several occasions. Being tortured daily by the Reavers while staked to an X cross comes to mind. I just don't buy that he got beaten into a sissy. Oh well, future stories don't really count as reality anyways lol. Oh yeah, in all the X-men movies....notice how Wolverine just gets beaten and thrown around all the time lol.
