Description
Commission forFour worgen (+tails) sniffing their first air of freedom after the Greymane Wall got destroyed by the Shattering.
Could have done way better but in the end I guess I am satisfied with the outcome. The background nearly killed me... it's reffed from a screenshot btw.
Please tell me if it's still too dark.

I love the tails as the worgen do need them. I think the brown worgen on the right (in my opinion) is just a little dark in the lighting. But awsome faved.

Great job on this, each worgen looks awesome. I can tell the Druid, but want to make sure, are the other three a warrior, rogue, and hunter? I'm pretty sure I'm right but you never know sometimes when you consider weapons and or armor.
So can't wait until December 7th! Got a few toons I'll be deleting to and restarting as worgens (current ones haven't even hit lvl 8 yet, so not worth the rate for a species change.) and then I have to make a Worgen Druid. Granted I'm also looking foreward to Troll Druids and Tauren Paladins but the Worges get the higher excitement because they're a new species I like the looks of!

Awesome, a real pleasure to look at
The pose of the howling one is amazing, can't critizise anything about him.. Maybe you could see if teeth would look good, just the tips of them, and I'm not sure if that angle allows to see inside his mouth to see the top right fangs and back row also. Try it, I don't know ^^ maybe it would be too much. Other than that, you did a great job on the hands and paws again
Moving on, on the white one in the back, the front leg seems a little too big, too bear-like to me
And with the brown one, I'd say the eyes are too bright, they can't be reflecting the moonlight as he's got the moon in his back, so a little darker eyes would be ok

1) I looked at a few refs for howling wolves and there were hardly ever any teeth shown. The muzzle is actually very relaxed while howling unlike with a snarl you can see teeth.
2) Worgen cats a pretty muscle-y so I do think the leg is okay. Maybe it looks bigger because of the strong lighting on it.
3) Yeah, you might be right but he would be very dark overall if not for the eyes glowing. They might just glow by themselves

This is fantastic looking. I almost wish there was a version of your artwork without the tails. As much as I would prefer the worgen to have tails, I feel like we're stuck with what Blizzard went with, so might as well get used to living with it.

Some people may worgen to have tails, but worgen NEVER had tails before. No one cared about whether worgen had tails until they became a player race. Who would have thought? The idea of worgen suddenly spontaneously generating tails is preposterous.
