Hello, deviants. It's Darius again.

This came from a conversation between me and ToxicIsland. It's about Toadette's mushroom hat becoming her own head/hair in the drawing called Hatless and Vestless Toadette .

As you were confused about this, Toad has a mushroom hat for a head. These white mushroom hats usually have red spots in Toad Town in the Super Mario series. (even green, purple, yellow, or blue)

And as you may or may not know, Toad caps are squishy, and they're permanently part of their own heads. (They seem to be perfectly fine with it, too)

Bear with me now, Toadette's hat is part of her hair and there is no way to remove them, that's why I drew her without a hat. Toadette's hat has braids too. They're part of a girl Toad's skin, like Toadette.

In Mario Party: The Top 100, Toad would tip his hat to Mario and company, but neither of the Toads, including Toad want to see that.

Back in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros 3 episode called Tag Team Trouble, Toad takes his mushroom cap off, revealing three strands of hair.

And an interview with Yoshiaki Koizumi, the producer of Super Mario Odyssey, Yoshiaki contracted this; it was stated that the mushroom cap is part of Toad's head and not a cap.

I seem to have mushrooms on my head after explaining this, but don't think I'm a mushroom head.

Yes, Toadette is on the computer seeing this in my drawing, she has a coffee cup in her hand, and she seems to be happy about it.

Toadette is owned by Nintendo and Super Mario.
