400 DO, IS F4 I guess you'd call it a prime.

If you go back a year.. everything before then was with the 100-400. Its
good for the $$$.

Yeah, it's funny because I just recently seen some different bird with exactly the same mark. Maybe just smaller. It's not that clearly visible here, but I mean this one: [link]

Mine are 15-20 ft, but my deck is 10-12 ft. up
so almost at eye level. Sometimes i'm shooting down
at them.
