These two oriole shots I did this afternoon. I think theseguys are looking pretty good for this time of year.

Very nice composition, if I look anywhere else in the image my eyes are instantly brought back to the bird. There's just the right amount of other elements to add interest to the photo without obstructing it. I do however feel like the colours are slightly dull, some tweaking with levels (or vibrance/saturation if you want to be lazy...I admit, I do that

I actually took a few points out of the orange. It
almost glowed and looked phony. Maybe I should have
left it. ?????

It's more the black that looks too dull, not the orange.
