Description Finally got around to finishing the gun sniper that has been collecting dust for so long. Overall, it was pretty fun to make and Im looking forward to seeing what i can do about rendering it.

Modeled in Sketchup, no idea how long on this one since I spread it out over such a long time working little by little.

Hmm, depends on the purposes I suppose. I don't just give them out anymore since I grew tired of them appearing in random places under other peoples names. But I am willing to share if its for something good.

Actually i collect Zoids since 2009... and once i started to make a Liger Zero...but work came before that. I have a CG Animation firm, based in Szeged/Hungary. I helped to finish two local SW fan movies... but when i started to collect Zoids i wrote a note, that i have to made a ZOIDS short

Actually i started to work on a Geno Saurer.. and next a Shadow Fox is scheduled.. i just hoped we can collaborate somehow. I use Lightwave mainly with some MoDo for modelling nowadays, After FX and Premiere for composition and cut, plus some mocha.

Sounds interesting, I would probably be willing to share my models for something like that. Our program preferences are very different though, as I generally only work in Sketchup and Blender. Sketchup being the probem most of the time when it comes to sharing between programs since it doesnt require things to be triangular or square polys all of the time creating some oddities in export occasionally. But I am still willing to share if you would like.

Sure, i'll be honored. Lightwave and Modo is quite good to work with, because they aren't needed to turn the models into triangles. I prefer quads, tho as i usually do mechanical design I bought LW 7.5 and since then i'm a fan of that 3D package, recently bought the LW 10.
There is one thing i quite curious of: the animation of zoids...
In the anime they are moving like lego blocks, i just have a few ideas for run and move sequences...

You can find me in these two emails: zcsanadi@pixelstorm.hu and zcsanadi.psd@gmail.com ( i use the first as an MSN address ).

What kind of model do you like in exchange?

You can contact me at blackwaves7@aol.com.
I don't really need anything in exchange, just like knowing my models are going to good use.

Nice, finished at last!!!
I suggest you V-ray: even me, with zero experience, managed to obtain something decent.

Yea, it is finally finished after so many weeks of and hour here and there.
Right now I'm just doing some simply renderings of it using artlantis, but I may try V-ray if I feel like doing a more in depth one.
