Fun fact: I had the first four panels sketched out months before I got to this point in the story. It kinda stood as a moment to build up to.

Also, I thought of the manga Kaicho wa Maid-Sama's character Usui when I did Shadow's face in panel 8. bu-bu-bu-bu... pfft!
