To cure her lung disease, the Original Kopi Kopi fruit will not help, so he let Caesar manipulated this Devil Fruit with the use of SAD. The End Product was The SMILE KOPI KOPI NO MI. It finally cured Annas Lung disease. For that, she swore forever to be loyal to Doflamingo. As a thank you.
Abilities:
Original: Can Copy one Devil Fruit ability. Can only copy Logia and Paramecia. Can change some Paramecias into Logia, like Ito Ito no mi. Can not heal sickness.
SMILE: Can Copy 3 Devil Fruit abilities. Can only copy Logia and Paramecia. Can change some Paramecias into Logia, like Ito Ito no mi. Healing Sickness. Per copied ability, the user will lose 10 years lifespan.
