When I first saw "Pumping Iron" and saw Arnold, Lou and Franco hit this pose for the fist time, I imagined myself pumping up like this and being able to stop a pickup truck going 60 MPH with my pecs smashing into the trucks grill like a bulldozer plowing through snow!
