Description
When I was a kid, my first bodybuilding exposure came from reading muscle ads in comic books. One ad that caught my eye, and burgeoning libido, was Morrie Mitchell's Universal Bodybuilding Course. You can check out more about his story here .Related content

For me it was Charles Atlas! Even the name sounded like a comic book hero. And my brother sent away for the "plan". Basically progressive resistance using isometrics. You were supposed to flex as hard as you could for reps or hold the flex for a period of time. I believe his plan was from the 1930s or 40s yet still being sold into the early 70s.
Charles had a physique like a very fit light-heavy weight competitor from the 80s but not as lean. Muscular showing large biceps and abs but not even a six pack. And female bodybuilder even from the 80s had bigger thighs. But some of his "pupils" who took the course and were shown in the booklet each had some unique attribute I had never seen before. Abdominals, small yet bulging biceps, hint at tricep "horseshoe" and intercostals. Individual thigh muscles. Skinny quads compared to bodybuilders standards but muscle I never knew existed. Each muscle man's muscles were less than a female Ms. Olymipia bodybuilder. None with the mass of your photo's model or men like Reg park or Steve Reeves.
And then there was HBOs showing of "Pumping Iron" when I first saw massive striated muscles that looked like they would explode.....

Charles Atlas had the best ads with the skinny guy getting sand kicked in his face, doing the Atlas program and reappearing as a muscled hulk and kicking the bully's ass. Every skinny guy's testosterone fueled fantasy. Atlas looked great--more muscular than Mitchell--but something about Mitchell's steadfast appearance spoke to me! I love these memories and how universal my secret fantasies of transformation were. Thanks so much!

By the way I don't know if you game or not, but the new Game God of War features plenty of muscular, shirtless men who wrestle and grapple a lot with each other despite running around in the middle of winter. Like true men do in the fantasy genre.

I love the God of War series. It has always seemed like the best video game expression of the barbaric yawlp. Just brute power and rage thrown at everything. The newest game takes things in a different direction and you can bet that Kratos' more mature look is appreciated by me!! I like the father son dynamic and the beauty of the game. It is an awesome series and a great game on its own.

I gotta say this is prime materiel for a man like you.
And by god, didn't I want those muscles as well. My exposure was from eighties action movies but you've tapped into a pretty primal urge for young, developing kids.
