Shockwave is by far my favorite 'Con. He's Megatron's pet mad scientist, and combines that deranged genius with the soulless calculation of a supercomputer and the bloodlust of a serial killer. If you threw Ted Bundy, Dr. Frankenstein and HAL 9000 from "2001: A Space Odyssey" into a blender, Shockwave would be the result.
